Orders & Processing

How long does it take to process an order?

We process online orders during business hours, Monday to Friday. In-stock items placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day; otherwise they ship on the next business day.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Yes. You can add or remove items, change quantities, or cancel your order any time before it ships. Contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently only ship within Australia.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout via AusPost based on your postcode and parcel size. We offer Parcel Post and Parcel Express, with live prices shown before you pay. Orders over $100 ship free anywhere in Australia.
