If you've recently placed an order and it hasn't yet been shipped, and you no longer wish to proceed, please reach out and we'll be happy to assist with a full refund.
What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We are committed to customer satisfaction — if you receive any product with which you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at contact@premiumnaturals.com.au, and we will work with you to resolve the matter as promptly as possible.
As our products are consumable and handled with care, we provide detailed and accurate descriptions for all teas. However, due to health and safety regulations, tea products cannot be exchanged or returned.
What happens if a product is broken or faulty?
If your order arrives damaged or is otherwise not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include your order details, clear photographic evidence of the issue, and an image of the shipping label so that we can assess and assist you promptly.
Where appropriate, we will liaise with the relevant courier service to investigate the matter and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement.
Incorrect address details
Please review your shipping details carefully at checkout. Refunds are not available for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. Full details are in our Shipping policy.
