Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination postcode and parcel weight, with options for AusPost Parcel Post and Parcel Express. You'll see live rates and delivery estimates before you pay.
Orders over $100 ship freeto any Australian address. Express orders are prioritised for dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. As delivery is managed externally, we're unable to offer refunds for orders that arrive after the expected date.
Expected delivery times
Deliveries are typically made between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, depending on the courier. Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors such as weather, high-demand periods, or courier network disruptions, which are outside of our control.
Missing parcels and non-delivery
If your parcel is missing, we will promptly open an investigation with the courier. Should the parcel be confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly. Please allow several business days for the courier's investigation process to be completed.
Incorrect address details
We kindly ask that you review your shipping details carefully at checkout.
Premium Naturals is unable to offer refunds for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If a parcel cannot be redirected or is lost due to incorrect address details, a refund will not be possible.
